When the client logs in to their CI Direct Investing account, they can tell who their representative is by navigating to their 'Profile' section below.
Then they can click 'My Representative' to view the details. If there is no representative associated with their account, this section will not show up and you can link the client to your PPI Valet account by following the steps in the article, Link an existing client to your PPI valet account.
