How can my client change their portfolio?

    CI Direct Investing requires client confirmation for changes to their portfolios.  Your client will be able to submit a request using the chat function on the CI Direct Investing website or app.  They can also send portfolio change requests to [email protected]. Once a portfolio inquiry has been submitted, one of our portfolio managers will reach out and confirm the selection with your client.  Once the portfolio manager has received confirmation, they will change the portfolio on your client's account.  This portfolio change process will take between 7 - 10 business days once client confirmation has been received.
